Austang Finance Pty Ltd (T/A JR Universe), ABN 66168847014, established in May 2014, which is licensed as an Australian Credit Licensee pursuant to the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009 with Licence Number 521850.

We engage in mortgage broking as our main business activity and operate as a finance company.

The types of credit products to which our activities will relate to Residential/Commercial/Construction & Development/Aussie Expat & Non-resident Home Loan/Business Unsecured & Personal Loan/Asset & Equipments Finance/SMSF & Short term Loan/Alo & Lo Doc Lending. 

 

Our process for assessing credit applications is verification customers’ ID with original ID and photo copy on spot through face-to-face meeting or online meeting under the individual lender’s particular requirements, Income verification by collecting customers’ 2 most recent payslips or last 2 financial years individual tax returns, NOA and Company Tax Return or Trust Tax Return and Financial Statements if possible, Assets and Liability Verification through interview, Employment and Credit Check through Equifax credit report that provided by clients, in order to compliance to responsible lending obligations and make sure to provide the most suitable credit facility for lending customers by the end.
